Post and Packaging
PearlyQueen.co.uk delivers high-quality goods to your home or
business by Recorded and Registered Delivery via the UK's Royal
Mail: http://www.royalmail.com/.
Please note that Post and Packaging will be
added to the total cost at the rate of £2.25
per item (this includes insurance). When you click on the PayPal
button, you will see this cost added automactically.
Payment Methods - ways of purchasing
PearlyQueen.co.uk accepts
all major credit cards utilizing Paypal secure
systems (see below).
PearlyQueen.co.uk can accept payment in many currencies through
PayPal's secure online payment systems, you simply choose which
currency you prefer to pay in and PayPal will do all the converting
for you.
PearlyQueen.co.uk accepts payment by international postal money
orders for all our goods, made out in GBP [UK£],
please email our sales team for
further details. PearlyQueen.co.uk accepts payments by UK cheque,
US bank cheques (subject to a US$10
handling fee) and zbank transfers to our UK bank
account. Again, please email our sales team for
further details. No goods will be dispatched until payment has
been cleared by our bank.
There is no contract between the company and a customer
until Pearly Queen sends an e-mail confirming it has dispatched
an order.
Shopping Procedure - how to make
a purchase
To purchase click on the 'Add to Cart' button. This will
load a new page with a list of all items you have added to
your cart. You may delete a purchase by entering a zero
into the Quantity field and clicking on the 'Update Cart'
button. At that point you can check your order, return
to the previous page or if you are finished shopping and
ready to purchase, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Registered customers can now login to PayPal. For new
customers, you can either create an account or purchase
without creating an account. Simply follow the onscreen
instructions.

Both the customer and PearlyQueen.co.uk receive email
confirmation from PayPal of the transaction. PayPal is the authorised payment processor for Pearly
Queen. Any credit card transaction will appear on your
bill as "PEARLYQUEEN".
Once your order has been received your goods
will be processed for delivery. You will receive an email
from PearlyQueen.co.uk when
your purchase has been dispatched, usually within 7 days
of notification of payment.
There is no contract between the company and a customer

has dispatched an order.

up for PayPal is a simple, one-page registration
process. Making a payment is even simpler - just enter
the recipient's email address and the amount you wish
to send. You can pay with a credit card or cheque account.
The recipient gets an email that says "You've Got
Cash!". Recipients can then collect their money
by clicking a link in the email that takes them to www.paypal.com.
