How to Return Items
If for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in
its original condition, within 30 days of the date of postmark and
we shall give a full refund of the price paid for the item once
it has been received.
Please
pack the item securely and add a slip of paper in the package detailing
your name and contact information. Note: in the
event of such a return, the item must be returned in the same condition
as when originally sent. If the item has been damaged (i.e.
pulled over the head without undoing the clasp), a refund will
not be made under any circumstances.
Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the client.
If an item is returned to us due to the fact that the shipping address
supplied at the time of purchase was incorrect or no longer valid
or no one was home at the time of delivery, we will resend the item
but all further shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
