The cost of Post and Packaging includes insurance. When you 'Proceed
to Checkout', you will see this cost added automactically by PayPal.

items shipped outside the UK will be sent by regular air mail
at a cost of £2.25 per item.

Mail shipments will be emailed their
Reference number and can track their deliveries online, in English,
